Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nagsd88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products and services made available through the nagsd88 website, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support facilities.

Account Registration

User Obligations

• Attempt to access the platform or any account other than your own verified account.

• Exploit any technical error, software bug, or miscalculation in odds or game outcomes. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will be deemed void and will be recredited to the platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to guarantee profit across multiple accounts.
• Use the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or modify any software, game content, or intellectual property owned by nagsd88 or its game suppliers.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards nagsd88 staff or other platform users.

nagsd88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in all jurisdictions where legally required to do so. Any account suspected of being used for unlawful activity will be immediately suspended and all related information disclosed to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your nagsd88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Before closing your account, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
